Terms of Service
Last updated 14 August 2026. These terms are provided by the Findaroo team and should be reviewed by your own legal adviser before launch.
1. Using Findaroo
Findaroo searches publicly available web and social content and turns it into saved searches, alerts and lead lists. You need an account to use it, you must be 16 or older, and you are responsible for activity under your login.
2. Subscriptions and trials
Paid plans start with a 6-day free trial. After the trial your card is charged monthly at the plan price shown on the pricing page until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card details.
You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation stops future charges and access continues to the end of the paid period. Statutory refund rights are unaffected.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use Findaroo to send spam, harass people, scrape or resell personal data, impersonate others, or place false lost & found claims. Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, rate limits, or platform terms of the sites we surface results from.
4. Lost & found posts
Lost and found reports are user-submitted and reviewed by moderators before other members can see them. Contact details you provide are not shown to other members. We may edit, reject or remove any submission.
5. Results and availability
Search results come from third-party sources and can be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. Findaroo is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee that any search, alert or lead will produce a result. We aim for continuous availability but do not promise uninterrupted service.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to Findaroo is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
7. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app. Questions? Email hello@findaroo.live. See also our Privacy Policy.
